Cancellation and Deposit Policy

Please check with your booking provider for their cancellation and deposit policies as they may vary.

100% refundable if received before 3PM on the day prior to check in. Cancellations received after that time will not be credited or refunded, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged in full.

A refundable deposit of $250 USD will be collected plus the Los Angeles Transit Occupancy Tax. 

​

General Policies

In order to reserve a room and check into our hotel you must be at least 18 years of age and provide a valid driver's license and credit card. 

 

Rates and Fees

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy plus the Los Angeles Transient Occupancy Fee of 14%. Maximum occupancy for a room with one bed is two and four for a room with two beds. If additional services like parking and extra cleaning are requested, those may be applied to your bill.

 

Payment  methods

A valid credit card is required to reserve a room and at check-in. We accept payment only by credit card or debit card. Most major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, JCB, and Discover. 

Cash and personal checks are not accepted.

 

Parking

A limited number of parking stalls are available for a Parking Fee of $25 daily.  Please reserve the parking stall with your room reservation or contact the front desk to reserve.

Need housekeeping?

Deep cleaning will be done every 7 days during the reservation period. Additional cleaning is available for a fee between the hours of 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Contact the front desk to schedule either of these services.

100% Smoke Free Hotel

We do not allow smoking within our hotel rooms or public areas. A Smoking Fee of $500 will be assessed for smoking in any room.

Damage and excessive cleaning

Any type of damage to our room, its fixtures, or the loss or damage to items in the room will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management. 

 

Cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed to any room with excessive trash left. No confetti or glitter is allowed in the hotel rooms or public areas.

Child Policy

Children over 1 year in age, requiring a bed will count towards the occupancy limit of each room. We do not offer rollaway beds; any of our rooms with space for an additional bed, is outfitted with one already. 

The hotel requires that someone at least 18 years old stays on the property with any children under the age of 18, and are responsible for all activity that takes place.

 

Pet Policy

We welcome guests traveling with pets.  There is a one time charge of $50 per reservation. All pets, including emotional support animals are accepted as long as they are housebroken and not a danger to other guests.  

 

In consideration of our pet guests and our staff, please note

  • Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time.

  • The guest will arrange to have their pet out of the room to accommodate housekeeping if . 

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside the guest room.

  • The guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.

  • Damages caused by pets to a room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the guest's sole responsibility. Your account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.

 

Fitness Center - not currently open, expected opening early 2024

The fitness center is for unlimited use to guests over the age of 18 (unless accompanied by an adult) and is at your own risk. It is assumed that patrons know their physical limitations. Proper attire, including shirt and shoes, must be worn at all times and equipment must be wiped down after use.

Luggage Storage

There is extremely limited storage space available, so luggage requests are likely not be able to be accommodated before checking in or after checking out. 

If the hotel is able to store luggage, the hotel is not liable for the theft, loss, damage, or destruction of the property in the absence of gross negligence on the part of the hotel or its employees. If the property is not claimed within 24 hours, the hotel shall have the right to examine its contents, in the presence of management, for security purposes. After 10 days, it will be treated as lost and found (see Lost & Found below).

Package Receiving and Storage

The hotel has limited storage space and we require notice in order to confirm space is available to secure your packages. We will store small to medium packages arriving at most 1 day prior to check-in date.

 

Please email or call us to let us know approximate package size(s) so we may confirm this may be held securely for your arrival. 

 

The shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest (please include the arrival date) or we will not accept the package for security reasons.

Firearms Policy

We do not allow firearms of any kind on the property. 

​

Guests who fail to abide by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises without refund. The hotel premises are private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm.

 

The only exception to the restrictions described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their duties.


Face Covering and Social Distancing

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas.  Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding requirements and guidelines that may be in place during your stay. 

 

Lost and Found / Personal Property

The hotel is not liable for the theft, loss, damage, or destruction of the property in the absence of gross negligence on the part of the hotel or its employees. The hotel will make every effort to retrieve and hold any items accidentally left behind for up to 30 days. After that period has passed, and the item remains unclaimed, it becomes property of the hotel or it is disposed of. 

 

Any items left in or next to the garbage bins are considered trash and will be discarded. The hotel is not responsible for items that appear to be for disposal. Guests are encouraged to avoid confusion by placing all items in the drawers and cabinets provided or in their luggage, away from garbage bins.

In-room safes are not available in guest room. The hotel is unable to store any items of value.
